What payment methods are available?

【Credit card】

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We have two payment systems for credit cards: Epay and Tpay. If one system cannot verify your credit card, you can try the other and contact our customer service to confirm whether your card is successfully verified. If your credit is not guaranteed to be verified, the order will be canceled automatically.

What is the status of my order?

To view the latest shipment’s status of your order, go to My Account.
※ You can check the latest shipment progress about 1-2 business days after your goods are shipped.

How long does it take for my order to ship after my order is placed?

Shipping time depends on the shipping zone and does vary, and is not guaranteed.

【To United States: West】About 1-3 business days.
【To United States: Central】About 5-7 business days.
【To United States: East】About 7-10 business days.

※ The ship date may change due to annual leave or public holidays.

Do I need to be at home to sign for the shipment?

Nope! The courier will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.

Orders

Can I return or exchange my goods?

If you would like to return the products, please keep them unopened and contact our customer service.
Noted: Returns and refunds will not be accepted once the goods are unpacked.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order status is shown as “Processing“, you can contact our customer service to cancel.

If the order status is not in process, it means that it is already in the packing and shipping process and cannot be changed.

Support

Why can't I place an order successfully?
If the product is sold out, it will show “Out of Stock” at product page.
Please check your shopping cart to see if you have mistakenly added a product whcih does not belong to the current shipping area. If so, please remove the item manually and place your order again!
