What payment methods are available?

【Credit card】

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We have two payment systems for credit cards: Epay and Tpay. If one system cannot verify your credit card, you can try the other and contact our customer service to confirm whether your card is successfully verified. If your credit is not guaranteed to be verified, the order will be canceled automatically.

Brand Points & Rewards

How do I earn Brand Points?

Simply sign up for a membership account on our official US website. You will automatically earn Brand Points on every purchase you make.

  • Earning Rate: Earn 1 Brand Point for every $1 USD spent.

  • Redemption Rate: 100 Brand Points = $1 USD to rewards for your next purchase. The more you shop, the more you save!

How do I redeem my Brand Points?

During checkout, you will see a “Redeem Points” field in the order summary section. You can enter the number of points you wish to use based on your available balance.

Example: If you have 10,000 Brand Points (equivalent to $100 USD) and want to deduct $52 USD from your current order, simply enter “5200” points at checkout.

  • Please Note: Brand Points can be used to cover up to 50% of the total order amount per transaction.

  • Our system automatically deduces points with the closest expiration date first, so you can shop with peace of mind!

How do I redeem my Brand Points?

To provide you with better service, we have upgraded our points expiration policy to a “Dual-Track System” to protect our members’ benefits:

  • Legacy Points (Earned before June 1, 2026): These points have no expiration date and will remain in your account indefinitely until used.

  • New Points (Earned on or after June 1, 2026): These points are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued (rolling basis).

Example: If you receive 2,000 Brand Points on June 1, 2026, this specific batch of points will expire on June 2, 2027. Any unused points will automatically lapse after the expiration date.

Orders over $25 ship free!
All other orders ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

What is the status of my order?

To view the latest shipment’s status of your order, go to My Account.
※ You can check the latest shipment progress about 1-2 business days after your goods are shipped.

How long does it take for my order to ship after my order is placed?

Shipping time depends on the shipping zone and does vary, and is not guaranteed.

【To United States: West】About 1-3 business days.
【To United States: Central】About 5-7 business days.
【To United States: East】About 7-10 business days.

※ The ship date may change due to annual leave or public holidays.

Do I need to be at home to sign for the shipment?

Nope! The courier will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.

Orders

Can I return or exchange my goods?

If you would like to return the products, please keep them unopened and contact our customer service.
Noted: Returns and refunds will not be accepted once the goods are unpacked.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order status is shown as “Processing“, you can contact our customer service to cancel.

If the order status is not in process, it means that it is already in the packing and shipping process and cannot be changed.

Why can't I place an order successfully?
If the product is sold out, it will show “Out of Stock” at product page.
Please check your shopping cart to see if you have mistakenly added a product whcih does not belong to the current shipping area. If so, please remove the item manually and place your order again!
